Eilis Stanley is a poet and prose writer.She has lived
abroad for several years in England and California. A
founding member of a London based Women Writers
Group,Pink Writers, in the eighties, she also wrote a
weekly column for the San Francisco Irish Herald,
and was a monthly agony aunt.
On her return to Ireland in 2000, Eilis set up a Killiney
Writers group and wrote a monthly column for an
Irish emagazine, Scarlet.
In 2006,she and a co-writer set up Kulture Klub to
do readings and encourage other local writers to give
voice and performance to their writings. Over the
years, Eilis has performed at a number of Lesbian
and Gay Pride Events.
She now lives and works in Bray. Co. Wicklow.
Christer is a musician and singer/songwriter
who lives in Wicklow Town. Wicklow audiences
may know him as a member of Pineto Cats, where
he plays lead guitar and sings. The group will be
recording their first album in the New Year.
Christer will play original music on the night.

Sean Olohan from Wicklow Town and Simon Keogh
from Dublin have been together for a little more than a
while!
They play at home and abroad as a two piece band, but
often extend to a three or four piece as The CANTONS.
Since appearing in Wicklow Sailing Club, they have
toured in Switzerland, Portugal, Germany and Austria,
as well as throughout Ireland.
Sean’s song ‘SAVING LIVES’ has been the bands
biggest success to date, topping the Irish National
Charts and Download Charts for 10 weeks. As well
as the top of the popularity charts for South East
Radio and KCLR. Simon and Sean will perform their
new single, ‘VINCENT AT CHRISTMAS’ in aid of
St. Vincent de Paul, which should launch the
festive season in style!
