Seamus Byrne - The Manach
Seamus Byrne is a Celtic singer, flautist and international performer. He performs music for meditation and relaxation and his haunting Celtic Music reaches in to move your spirit. Seamus has released a number of CDs, his latest with John Two-Hawks, the master American Indian musician.
Seamus plays Irish flute, whistles, Apache Spirit flute and bodhran, and loves to sing in the melodic Irish style. We welcome him back to our Live Night.

Timothy Kavanagh is a twenty five year old artist and musician from Wicklow Town. ‘I started playing the drums when I was 10 years old, and picked up percussion instruments, like the bongos and bodhran, during my teenage years,’ he says. He taught himself to play the guitar and has been writing songs ever since.
On the night, Timothy will play some of his own numbers and songs he enjoys singing.

Wicklow County Arts Office and County Wicklow Film Commission make available 4 bursaries each year. Last month we brought you the winning short films in this bursary programme and now we bring you the outstanding runners-up.
